I've used JBWeld before. Although it is difficult and time consuming to sand, it is very strong. I also like using JB Steel stick. It's like a putty clay that dries hard as rock. Great for frankencasing and sealing large holes with a large mass of rock like substance. I haven't tried JB Plastic Weld but JB weld makes really strong products.

I'll be getting some then! Plastic weld is their putty basically designed for abs so it should be similar but more suited for the job i think
