Solved It is fine to cut!

As I see Pengy's motherboard, looks like he cutted the power source part

while this is my motherboard

He removed the power connector and resoldered it with wires--perfectly safe to do. Your motherboard looks nasty, please clean it with rubbing alcohol and Q-tips.

the pic of Pengy isn't clear that's why i asked this question. So is it fine if I cut that one? Yes or No? and i think he solder together with those two and he used it as the source of power since he trimmed a bit big on that upper part of motherboard
