The title basically explains everything, i've been trying to make my own slightly compacted version of the RVL-PMS with the U-AMP and USB-C board included, but can't seem to find the PD-Board.
Is it just not open source or do I need to look somewhere specific other than Gmans GitHub?

It's not open source, but a few people have successfully copied the design and integrated it into their builds without issue (apart from an instance of lack of credit given). You could check the part numbers of the chips and reverse engineer it, or ask Gman if he'd be willing to provide some assistance.
