how do i convert this tft screen to 5v?

Carefully probe the legs of this chip with a multimeter in voltage mode and find the pin outputting 4-5v. Then desolder the chip and solder your 5v supply wire to that pad. I forget if there's a guaranteed 5v location elsewhere.

I do mean CAREFULLY btw, if you bridge two pins with the multimeter probe it can fry the thing. Slow and steady.

still no luck

Oh, I guess I forgot to mention it must be powered on for you to be able to find the 5v pin
