i want to make gmans power management board and an audio jack pcb but i don't have a hot air station so how possible would it be to solder all the components on to the board with a soldering iron because i dont really want to spend 100$ on a hot air station. or if anyone knows a method more effective than a soldering iron but cheaper than a hot air station

It's going to be basically impossible. It's pretty important that the pads on the bottom of the chips make a good connection and it's not possible for you to solder those with a soldering iron. Even if you could solder it without hot air, you'd have to have a lot of skill soldering to solder QFN by hand. There are a lot of hot air stations that are under 100. Search Amazon for 858D.
