Question Good 16:9 Screens?

I'm looking for a 16:9 screen for a project, that can run off of 5 volts, and preferably an HDMI interface (No I'm not using a raspberry pi but, if its possible to convert the signal of the official raspberry pi 7 in touchscreen to hdmi that would work)

not sure what you mean about a 7” touchscreen, but i found this on adafruit: https://www.adafruit.com/product/2354
