Hey,
Im new to the forum and started my first portable project with a Gamecube.
Unfortunately while trying to solder on the composite video cable I knocked off the capacitor C207 due to it being too small for soldering to.
heres a picture

Getting the video signal from any of the capacitors on this line nor from the corresponding IC on Pin 9 wouldnt work. Maybe this just isnt possible on my motherboard Revision (DOL10) PAL or maybe there is another spot where i can get the signal?

Does anyone know the Capacity of this Capacitor C207?

Unfortunately i dont have a device for measuring the capacity of those small components.

I think the one broken off doesnt work anymore and is too small for soldering back into the board so maybe there is a bigger capacitor i could use in terms of form factor.

Thanks for any answers

thanks for the information. Im gonna try if i can get a cap this size. If the costs are too high for a single cap, i might be switching to wii.

At this point the only reason to not do a Wii portable over a Gamecube is the boot anim and menu nostalgia.
