Question Fan

So looking at the Gwii and other forums. I have a good understanding on what to do. The only problem is the fan. There is a wire connected to the fan. What do I connect it to? Or do I just leave it. And for the heat sink do I do anything else to connect it?

connect the fan wire + to 3.3v or 5v， and - wire to gnd

You need thermal pads to transfer heat from the CPU/GPU to the fan and sink. The Wii comes with pads, but you can buy tacky 3M thermal pads from ebay if you need to.
