I know that PMS from strore has this function, but i want to know, does Wii chip has it own overheat protection? Or it will just blow/destruct when it reach hight temperature, also what kind/size of heatsink + fan do you use?

A trimmed Wii doesn't have any overheating protection, it'll just break. For the most part, you can use any fan/heatsink combo that fits, though more fins on your heatsink will keep it cooler. If you need an example, check out the heatsink/fan setup on the G-Wii

I've had a trimmed Wii overheat a couple times when testing different thermal conditions. Both times it hard locked the console. Hasn't killed the board *yet*.
