Solved Custom regulators outputting higher voltage when connecting to Wii

I just finished trimming my Wii and everything seems to be fine, but when I connect my custom regulators the voltage is higher then it should be. Without the Wii connected the regulators output 3.31v, 1.155v and 0.98v. When I connect them to the Wii they output 3.30v which is fine, the 1.155v reads 1.16v and 0.98v reads 1.2v. Is this normal? I can post pictures of my wiring and my Wii if need be.
Thanks in advance.

That's not normal, make sure you didn't switch 1v and 1.15v. Also, disconnect the regs and check for a short between 1v and 1.15v on the Wii board. Pictures also help if you can

So I checked and 1v and 1.15v are correct. There is continuity between where you solder 1.15v and ground on the Wii board but not between 1v or 3.3v. I did sand the board with 1000grit sandpaper aswell and I tested my U10 relocation before trimming so im assuming that not the issue.
Here are some pictures.

Sometimes on the 1.15V line there will be "continuity" because the resistance is very low on that line. Check the resistance and if it's above ~30 ohms you're okay.
Just checked it and its 31.4ohms. Does it matter what the resistance is on the other voltage lines?

If the meter didn't beep you should be fine

Does it still not output video?
I actually just got it to output video, all I had to do was have a ground wire go to the Wii then connect my regulators to the ground on the Wii. Super simple and I can't believe I didn't figure it out sooner.
