Should I be ok to remove the c110?

All of these components along the edge?

Also, do I need to remove this regulator here marked U4 if I’m using a PMS-2?

For the capacitors, its better to keep them, but aren't exactly needed.

The U4 can stay on the board. It works just fine. If you wish to use the 1.8V on the PMS, then you can remove the U4. But, it's not needed.
