I’ve read that the Wii only needs one fan in your case... I have a shortened stock heatsink on the CPU and GPU with a 60mm fan blowing air on it. When the fan pulls air to be blown into the heatsink, would it draw air from outside the case to the inside?
I don’t feel like putting another fan to draw fresh air in because I would like my project to be somewhat quiet.

A trimmed og heatsink and a 60 mm fan will likely be more then enough cooling for a wii. I’m cooling mine on an undervolted 5v(!) fan which is about 40 wide/tall. It has tiny fins built in and cools the wii perfectly. As long as you have cooling at all, airflow isnt blocked and you’re not using batteries as a heatsink you will probably be fine.
