I thought I'd share a project I've been working on this semester for school (it's pretty cool):
This is basically a partial NES emulator that can play music but not generate graphics. It's implemented entirely in SystemVerilog for the Nexys 4 DDR board, but it doesn't use too many resources, so it would probably work well on plenty of cheaper FPGAs.
