    Ok I figured it out. It was 100% just the micro sd card. I grabbed a 32gb i had and copied over 1 wii game and all of the rvlaoder stuff. booted the wii game just fine :/. welp time to buy a new sd card lol. Thank you for your help again Xenni

    The pathway for the USB makes sense, I was just so focused on getting it shorter that I just ran it through all of the wires lol. After I get back from work i'll try rewiring USB cable, do a full format of the micro SD card, and rewire the scw and sdw as a last resort.

    Xenni, Thanks for all of your suggestions, I'm just glad to know what specific part was giving me an issue. See attached pictures of the wiring. I'm still pretty new to soldering on all of the vias, so it could be that the USB is not wired that well. I especially hated soldering to the vias...
