I solder the tacktile switch still no powering on . I checked with mulitimeter there is 0.225 v on that ponit when i press tacktile switch it gonig to 0v when relasing come back to 0.225v what does that even mean

i wanted to do ps2 ultra slim mod i allready cut motherboard and it didnt have reset pad shown in this video . i have ps2 slim 79004 with motherboard GH-061-51. Is where any schematics to locate missing reset pad and how does ps2 power on
