Ctgp7 is a 3ds gamemod. If you're talking about Ctgpr then you need to have the disc drive, the original disc and a modded version of RVLoader that sends all required nand information to the wiimmfi servers. Having a disc drive in a portable is not useful and not even supported by RVLoader
