Question VGA output for PS2

Hello Guys, anyone can help me on VGA PS2 output? And its work well on OPL? Is better than PS2TOHDMI acapter? (Sorry for my bad english)

The PS2toHDMI adapter gives a truly beautiful picture, but actually windows the image a little meaning that only 5.7" of your 6.5" screen will actually be used. At least that was my experience, and I'd be very interested to hear if someone knows a way around this
