Question best place to get a case 3d printed

i am making a wii portable and i need to print the case but shapeways was one of the only options i found and just the front alone is 55$ and since i live in canada it is even more, so does anyone know of someone where i could get it cheaper and what the best kind of plastic is for printing portable cases
