Don't get a Mac. Awful.

I can appreciate that this is coming from a Mac owner.

Haven't shared my desktop because it's the default Windows 7 wallpaper for both work and home computers. Icon-wise, nothing too exciting. Work: crap-ton of Excel files. Home: folders of movie rips, game roms, and pics of my kids.

I work on Mac. All the things I do are done on a Mac. They’re pretty good, yet overpriced, computers

Yea you'd be better building a PC they're cheap if you buy decent hardware for it, I built mine in like 2015 and it's still good. Don't buy an already assembled pc because I don't know if you can even swap out the hardware in it.
