Might be a U10 problem, but i don't know for sure. You could replace it with u9 and see if the output changes. Remember that too much heat over some time can break the chips.

It's 6-layer so you might need to sand the edges a little bit more and at an angle (you should be able to slightly tell the difference between the layers)

  • Did you sand with 120, 220, 320, 400, 600, 800, and 1000 grit sandpaper? Slowly building up in the grits is very important to ensure that none of the board layers are shorting.
  • What are you using to power the Wii?
  • Did you check your trim resistances as per this guide? If that all looks good, then we can move on from there.
