Hey,

I finaly took the time to recase my project so,... there's a few pictures.

Features:
5" 4/3 screen
2x 3400mAh 18650 batteries (2-3 hours of battery life)
Wii PMS and UAmp
MicroSD slot

I wanted to try something hinged for this project. I used a DSLite hinge with the original piece holding the hinge.
Since the screen part is quite heavy, I added a part to hold it at the perfect angle to play.

I used capacitive switches for power, vol+ and vol-. It comes with an interresting "feature": When I close it it will turn the console off.

Can we get a picture of the internals?
I'll do some if I am motivated to open it, I don't know why I don't have any.

This is awesome! I love the color scheme, it looks much more elegant than the original white and green. Do you have a link to the filament you used?
Thank you, it is just regular PLA filament, sanded and painted. I used this paint.

I'm curious about your capacitive switches, do you have a link? Looks awesome by the way! I know clamshells can have their challenges...

Nice concept, it is cool because it protects the screen from scratch.
Very nice to fit in backpack :)

I love the idea of having the sides of the screen hollow for the sticks to fit in. Absolutely genius. Great job dude!
