Values without tantalum capacitors

After soldered the tantalum capacitors I got:

Resistance between 1.15v and 3.3v changed a lot, is this expected?

Hey, finally got around to building my g-boy and trimming a wii for the first time using ginger's VOD, would anyone be able to comment on whether these resistances and the trim looks fine? I saw the 1.15V limited voltage on an earlier post which I should be fine on, but wasn't sure about some of the others like the 1V.

Also I was conservative with how much I trimmed as a first-timer and it doesn't fit properly with the holes in the g-boy case, may need to go back and trim more if anyone had recommendations on where, probably more on the long side? Thanks!

Edit: got this question answered in the Discord by CrazyGadget, will be looking to sand a portion of that side down a bit so it fits in the screw holes and re-check the resistances after.

I'm getting low numbers on my 3.3 line.

Though, in retrospect, these numbers were probably fine, I decided to sand my edges more. now, my 3.3 is sitting at 267 everywhere. I've resanded 3 or four times, from 220 to 1000. the edges are smooth, no frays or anything sus looking. i removed the components that were on the edges. I don't know where the short is, and i don't want to just keep sanding away the board if there's some other likely problem.

Those resistances were indeed fine. 267 is quite low, tho. Got any clear photos of both sides of the trim?

Aside from needing a good dusting, I don't see anything amiss. That's a good trim

You can try to power it on even with the low 3.3v resistances. They're high enough that there's no short, so you might just have an abnormal board that looks funky but will still run normally.

So I've decided to start over on my Ashida after some issues including video no longer outputting popping up. (It had been working until I opened it up to fix a sound wire that had come loose.) When I went to re-check the resistances most were much lower than when I checked on the same board earlier.

Any clue what would have caused the differences in the voltage, especially the extreme one with the 3.3v?
Is this board still usable?
Edit: I'd like to add that I took off the caps on the video lines since the first time I checked resistances, could this have caused the change?

Looks normal aside from the 3.3v resistances. I don't think removing the electrolytic caps alone would have that effect. The resistances are within range of the others tho, so you might be okay.
