Anyone tried?
Pros: I would imagine straighter cuts if done with a guide and a flush trim bit, and maybe cleaner edges for less sanding.
Cons: More debris and additional component removal.

Edit: Just realized that trying to keep the mobo flush against the workbench for tracing may be too difficult.

I cut my boards with a bit kinda like this one (link), it makes the board vibrate less. It certainly makes cleanup of the edges a bit easier, but you still need to sand it as the edges aren't perfect right off the CNC.

Additionally, I cut the boards upside down to prevent any dust from getting under the chips, and so I don't have to remove any components before trimming. I did have to make a jig thingy to mount the boards solidly though

Oh man, nice setup! Much fancier than what I was thinking.
Thanks for the tip about flipping the boards over.
Based on the first image, I might be able to make it work by suspending the board using nuts and bolts at the board's mount points. Hmmm.
