Where is a good place to buy 18650s that isn't mabelectronics? I tried ordering from them and didn't have the best experience. Are there any other places that sell 18650s that I can be sure I'll end up with genuine cells?

Right now the best deal I've ever seen on 18650's are these scooter packs.

40 LG cells that are around 3100mAh to 3200mAh for $57.50. That's $1.43 per cell whereas the best I've found the Panasonic 3400mAh is around $4 per cell. The catch is you have to harvest the cells from the packs.
I bought 14 packs for a battery I'm currently building for a solar project.
