hello everyone

for the 2020 competition im doing a Ps2 Portable i have already designed the case,im using PS2+ for the controller and custom Pcb.
this is gonna be my second time doing a Ps2P,i fail the first time i really hope to finish it this time.
I'm going to use the same name from the first one since i still don't have a cool name for this one too.

im using a 5 inch screen
nintendo switch joysticks
U-Amp
PS2 Pms
USB-C
2 18650 Batteries
Headphone Jack (Maybe)

I'm going to 3d print all the Buttons and the D-Pad except the power button, for that one im using the button from a psp go,i like to 3d print my own buttons because i can make them the perfect size for the portable

Here is the case.

im not going to paint it im just going to use the orange and white filament for this.

i don't know if going to add a headphone jack yet so if there's a change on the case is just gonna be that.

so I have almost everything done after some problems with the memory card that I had, now I have another problem, the ps2 turns on,the screen works, the volume and all the buttons too but very time I turn the ps2 the light from the PMS turns red and the batteries are not low and when i connect the power supply it just turns off,I been checking everything but I can’t find the problem I hope I can fix it before the competition is over and I know I don’t have too much time left.
Here’s more pictures.

Bad news I couldn’t find the problem,I removed the board from the case and connected to the pms only, I didn’t wanted to connected the memory card or the audio just to see if one of those were causing the problem but not, it was doing the same thing the only time the green light was on is when the reset wire from the ps2 wasn’t connected to the pms then later the image turned red so I connected another board that I had already trimmed, it worked good but again I had the red light from the pms, the problem is that the ps2 gets really hot in a few seconds when the light is red I know is not the ps2 causing the problem otherwise it wouldn’t turn on, now I’m thinking it may be the pms...but I don’t know.
This time I really wanted to finish the project but I fail again, I’m going to keep working on this since I’ve order another Pms from the store.
I hope I get better luck next year, I’m going to try getting better and I hope to learn new skills for next year

I think I need help with this, I’m still getting the red light on the PMS, the ps2 does still power on and I have image also the batteries are charged so next I put thicker wires and I had the same results,I thought it could be the ps2 board so I trimmed another one and sanded really good and again I have the red light on the PMS so the next thing I did was using the multimeter and I noticed that the 3.3v on the board wasn’t getting enough volts and like I said before I already put thicker wires and still does the same thing , so I thinking that this maybe is what’s causing the problem, I don’t know if I’m missing something from the guide like if I have to disorder something else I been reading the guide many times just to make sure that I’m not missing nothing.
If anybody have an idea of what I can do to fix this problem let me know please.
Here’s some pictures of the board.

Right now it shows 4.0v is a brand new Samsun 18650 3.7v.
I have a few more and those are 3.68v, even using two batteries with the same charge in parallel I have the same red light
