Yeah sure.

The only issue now is that the motherboard can be made smaller than the n64 cartridge and a body size that needs smaller than 3.5" lcd. So idk how good it would be.

amazing job gman, only one battery? what model and capacity use in this portable?

It's a sanyo 20700 cell 4250mah. I estimate it will have a battery life around 2 hours.

With my recent tests with your PMS, i recorded 2.25Amps being drawn from the battery to the PMS when the n64 was ON without the other components, maybe it draws a lot less since you trimmed a lot more(?).

You need to know the voltage at 2.25amps to calculate the power. The current will be changing all time. But assuming 3.7v, that's around 8 watts which is what I predict.
