I've worked on a lot of these, and those don't look like any screws out of that model. I'd be willing to bet they just ended up in your screw pile from something else.
A RAR file is an archive format. You'll need to extract it using a program like 7-zip or WinRAR, and then you'll end up with a folder with all the case files in it.

There's a massive global chip shortage right now, so stuff is unavailable everywhere. You can use Octopart to see if any other distributors have the stuff you're looking for, but other than that all you can really do is wait out the lead times or find another suitable part. It's affecting everyone.
I like to flow some fresh leaded solder into all the pins, then use my hot air station at ~400C for a couple minutes. Then I start putting a little pressure on it with some pliers and it'll come right out.
I did this a while ago, but figured I should put it here for posterity's sake. Swapped the TN panel from Buydisplay for the IPS one from 4Layer Tech. Pretty huge difference IMO.
